Courtney Cotton has been living and working as an artist in Denver for the last seven years. She shows out of her studio, located in the Golden Triangle Museum District. Her most recent accomplishment was a commissioned painting for The Children's Hospital here in Denver. Cotton explains her work to be experiential, often in a rich riot of color, her artwork captures a moment in time. Her pieces are unique works of art that invite the viewer in. Currently there is a great collection of peaceful collages on display at her studio and what remains from her 2005 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival body of work.
